13CM UKAC

These competitions happen on Tuesday evenings with starting at 20:00 with 2 1/2hrs duration.

We have had various success with these completions, regularly coming in the top few contestants on a regular basis.

This week (28th February) was the turn of the 13cm competition. There was a very slow start with only two contacts in the first 38 minutes. However by the end of the competition period we had managed 14 contacts. We were especially pleased to manage a contact with OZ1FF some 748km, narrowly missing another OZ directly afterwards.
