CLUB KEYS
RETURN OF KEYS NO LONGER REQUIRED

Following the loss of some keys, and the inability to use the club trailer, the distribution of the club keys was discussed at the March Committee Meeting.
Over the life of the club, keys have been handed out and there is no overall view or list of which club members now hold keys for the club, or keys to the club assets.
It was decided at the club committee meeting that all members need to declare what keys they have, and that all trailer, padlocks keys need to be returned to the club. These keys will not be re-issued and will be held at the club only. If for any reason, these keys are then required, they should be signed out and returned on completion of use.
