SUCCESS FOR CVRS'S FIRST FULL LICENSE COURSE!

CRAY VALLEY RS HELD ITS "FIRST" FULL UK LICENSE/CEPT 1 COURSE AT THE START OF 2008 - WITH RESOUNDING SUCCESS!

Chris Whitmarsh G0FDZ organised Cray Valley's first Full License class which was held over the end of 2007 and the start of 2008.
This is the equivalent of the 'old' City & Guilds of London Institute examination that used to be the UK's Class A license. The 'new' Full License is also recognised as being "CEPT 1" equivalent internationally and is "HAREC" compatible outside the CEPT treaty! Certainly not an easy standard to reach - all candidates shed 'blood, sweat and tears' throughout the course - but it was worth it!
Chris was helped by Dave G4BUO, Colin G3SPJ, Dave G3RGS & Richard G8ITB with Guy, G0UKN, Cliff G4HSU & Frank G0FDP as the support team.
Kevin M0KSJ, Karen M0KAZ & Sam M0SJW were successful in the RCF's examination and now hold "UK Full/CEPT 1" Amateur Radio licenses, with full priveledges on all bands!
