Nobby G0VJG has returned from Christmas Island - T32C - where he was one of the SSB & RTTY mode operators.
We have all heard about the "non-arrival" of the DXpedition's freight container and the last minute rescue by Yaesu with their 'new' equipment donation. This turned the DXpedition from a Hi-Power event to one that most of us can equate to - close to out home station!
We look forwards to hearing from Nobby as to how the ethos of the event was changed; how the members coped and adapted - and his views of operating from the Pacific.
