D-Star Talk

I have just received an E-mail from Gavin, M1BXF and as far as he can tell (work permitting) we will be receiving a talk about the D-STAR digital radio system. There is a lot of D-Star repeaters about and it will be interesting to find out what it is all about. Gavin is technical coordinator at the Cambridge Repeater Group
